While generally Bob challenges atheists or other Bible skeptics, today he switches the focus to fellow Christians, highlighting legalism and self-righteousness all too often found in church yet cloaked with so-called “spirituality.”
In this vein, several popular catch phrases are singled out with a call for retirement:
“Can I say something to you in love?”
“Are you really truly worshipping?”
“We need unity in this church.”
“Yes, the gospel is important, but here’s another doctrine just as critical.”
