Bob’s producer Brendan Thomas brings up questions about God being all knowing. Many Scriptures affirm God’s omniscience (1 John 3:20, etc.) but then, in Genesis, after God tells Abraham not to go through with the sacrifice of his son, Isaac, we read the words: “Now I know that you fear God because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son” (Genesis 22:12).
